Product Origins Baicalin is a flavonoid non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI), isolated from the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi.
Function
?The flavonoid baicalin inhibits superantigen-induced inflammatory cytokines and chemokines.
?It has antioxidant activity so it has anti-inflammatory effects, anti-HIV activity, apoptosis induction and inibition of colon aberrant crypts
